Young Academy
The MMZ was founded in 1992 and is linked to the University of Potsdam by a cooperation agreement. The director also holds the professorship for European-Jewish Studies, and various members of staff are lecturers at the University of Potsdam.
At the same time, the MMZ works closely with the Babelsberg Film Academy and the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences on individual research projects. And in association with the universities of Berlin and Brandenburg, the MMZ is also part of the Selma Stern Center for Jewish Studies Berlin-Brandenburg.
